On Tuesdays Rachael is on the road seeing animals on a call out basis. Animal Call outs follow a not dissimilar process but either at your home or the stables/field where your animal is kept. For more information please contact Rachael via the contact page. Rachael covers the Kent area.

New Patient appointments take up to 1hr. For the first 1/2 of the consultation you will be asked questions about why you are there, along with questions about your medical history and general health.

This will be followed by an examination and a few tests; for which you may be asked to undress down to your underwear (alternatively shorts and if preferred a strappy top can be worn).

Rachael (or her associate) will then explain the findings and diagnosis before discussing the proposed treatment. The second 1/2 of the appointment will be mainly treatment based, additionally exercises and advice may be given to help you receive maximum benefit of treatment.

Subsequent appointments are for 1/2hr and will consist of a brief review of progress made followed by treatment.
